Juusto Traditional Baked Cheese, 6oz

Juusto is a buttery-flavored, flat and squeaky cheese made in Scandinavia for over 200 years -- called "Juustoleipa" or "Ostbrod," meaning "bread cheese." Each piece is baked in special ovens to create a delicious, toasty crust. 

To serve: Warm in oven, microwave, or skillet until it glistens: cut in strips and serve for breakfast, dessert with jam, honey, or syrup. Great as an appetizer with salsa or savory dips.
