Shipping policy
Shipping Scandinavian food can be delicate work…some items are heavy, some are fragile, and others must stay cold from our door to yours.
For frozen and temperature-sensitive products, we pack your order in high-quality insulated containers designed for perishables. We strongly recommend selecting at least 2-Day Air for frozen, cold, chocolate, or melt-prone items.
Some items may require 2-Day shipping to help ensure safe arrival. Product pages note when an item is temperature-sensitive. Orders containing perishables ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. If we see anything that we deem concerning about safe arrival, we will reach out.
Please note: Shipping transit times (Standard Ground, 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, and Next-Day Air) are controlled by the carrier. Once your order leaves our shop, delivery speed is out of our hands. For a guaranteed delivery date, please choose a 1-Day or 2-Day shipping method at checkout. Standard Ground and 3-Day Select do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Processed orders cannot be held for future shipping dates. Orders are shipped as they are processed, following the schedule above.
We reserve the right to use our best judgment when sending temperature-sensitive items. Conditions may vary based on destination or time of year.

At this time, we ship only within the continental United States.
APO Addresses
We would be happy to ship to Army Post Office (APO) addresses with the following requirements in mind:
- We can only ship non-perishable items. Our products are marked as such online.
- Orders must be placed over the phone (toll free 855-227-2296).
