Lars Own Lingonberry Drink Concentrate (Saft) Bottle, 16.9oz

Fruit, or flower blooms, are cooked with sugar to create a concentrated syrup (known as Saft.) Mix 1 part Saft syrup with 5 parts cold water (more or less for your preference) for a refreshing and preservative-free Scandinavian drink. Substitute your favorite sparkling water to add some fizz.
