Made in Hudson, Kansas! Hudson Cream Unbleached Short Patent Premium All-Purpose Flour. Flour made from the heart of the wheat berry, except that it has not been whitened with a bleaching agent. 5lb bag.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, enzyme added for improved baking, folic acid.
