Lars Own® Swedish Cured Bone-In Ham is a traditional Swedish holiday entrée. This salt-cured, unsmoked, uncooked ham is often made with a breadcrumb and mustard crust (recipe included with each ham). Weight varies anywhere between 6 and 9lbs.
